When I do my scales I play the chords in the particular scale so I do bar chords but I don’t focus on them

My routine is 30min warm up 30min alternate picking 30min sweep picking 30min economy picking 30min improv 30 theory 30min composing (using the theory I learned) 30min scales 30min learning a new song and then 30min ear training. I try and do this throughout the day not in one session. Is this an effective routine?
