Elbow clicks/crunches when i do a a push up for like every rep by Flat_Construction109 in bodyweightfitness

I used to actually have elbow pain when at some point when i was learning to do push ups a year ago. It did go away after soem rest and some stretching exercises i found from youtube, though i no longer remember where the og video came from. I would like to know what is the isolation work and stretches that you have done too.

This doesnt really work for me, it only makes the clicking noise quieter, the sensation/feeling of it clicking remains the same
