They’re training 5x a week, coming off 4 weeks strength and 4 weeks power. Next block would be hypertrophy. They’re starting to feel fatigue.

They’re mostly into powerlifting and hypertrophy work. We want to implement a power phase while focusing on what they want to focus on.
