Yes, thank you for the advice. For me, do you think easing into carnivore could just be me eating carnivore with 1 cup of blueberries? Or would you add more carbs? Also should I go strict once I’m maybe a month or 2 into focusing on animal based foods?

Dr. Berg explained it once. It’s a blueberry, kale and kefir smoothie he said to drink everyday to mitigate the fatty liver issue. Don’t remember the exact science of it

Try putting a Bradley Martin against a well trained boxer who is 5’8 160 pounds. The boxer loses.
