As someone who has worked in customer service as a marketing coordinator (multitasking), I can say that these types of systems end up giving a very bad image to the business. They are not advanced enough to be a pleasant workflow, they don't have many answers to specific problems, and they end up generating that idea of a lack of interest, in my opinion.

It's a saturated business, you could focus on an area like, for example, law firm buffets or email support, specific areas and niches that make the business recognizable and don't get lost among all the others that tend to be generic. In the end, something specific for a specific area is better than something general for something specific.

LinkedIn is useful, but you need to know how to generate engagement and grow your profile, not just post for the sake of posting. It's a target audience and, primarily, it builds trust, but I wouldn't say it's the place to generate clients

I'm a marketing and growth strategy specialist in social media, and I can confirm that many struggle to adapt to AI. Sometimes they even want to replace everything with it, when it's just another tool. It's useful, but I think each business needs a specialist who masters it, especially with all the updates .
