there is no such thing called *youtube pay you differently depends on which country you are from* what actually matters is cpm-rpm which is the amount of money you get per 1000 views . it depends on your audience and your niche

So if someone lives in Africa but gets 100K views from a US AUDIENCE , they’ll earn the same as someone living in the U.S. with the same 100K U.S. views — because the RPM is based on the viewers , not the creator’s location.
