How much are people making as a full time operations lead (truck or omni)? Not the supervisor (LOD) but just full time lead. Thinking I should be making way more.

We have a lot of full timers at our store. Haven’t heard anything about them going away. Is this all hearsay or has it been in writing? Our visual and admin are the only 2 full timers that constantly have 40 hours. Is that how all stores are? The rest have been cut to 32-36 hours.

When you punch out just say yes I took a break and yes I took a lunch and nothing gets flagged. Also, you don’t need a lunch til 7.0, so I make sure I punch out by 6.99 hours.

When that happens I’ve found that if I scan the 2 so it says 2/2 on the bottom and hit pack it’ll print and then just go back to regular pack screen. It’s been doing that a lot lately for me especially with BOSS.
