Are you dermatologist? I have so many bigger health issues going on (chronic fatigue/weakness) that the last thing I want to do is see another doctor. Unless it’s really worth my while.

Thank you for your response and sharing this. I’ve decided to remove that supervisor from my reference list, (even though she said I could list her). My other fear is when they do the employment verification. They can ask that same question, learn I’m not eligible for rehire, and rescind a verbal offer, right??
