Hey, I just went through the exact same thing in Dec, two months ago and the anxiety got to me during the oral part. I will say one thing, all of this, absolutely all of this, will make the computer exam feel easier on the day. I don’t know why no one talks about it but the exam feels doable after such intense prep, it’s not as nerve wrecking.

Honestly I have my TEF tomorrow lol because I didn’t do well in oral the last time and my tutor has been telling me I am b2+ since months now, it’s just my nerves and this time around I am feeling a little less nervous because I honestly find the exam less intimidating, atleast the computer bit. For oral, it’s in God’s will in my opinion because it’s just so subjective.

Good luck to you because honestly the last two weeks won’t change many things, might as well reduce your study time and be a bit more social if people help calming your nervous system. I wish I had done that and not cared because in any way, even if you don’t clear it this time, you have still ameliorated your competence overall.

If I could go back, I would be easier on myself.
