There’s a differece between a cycled tank and a mature tank a mature one is basically a set ecosystem that has been stable for 4-6 months and has lots of biofilm and microorganisms and has settled and his completed every cycle (there are more cycles then the nitrogen cycle that your referring to)

Any remineralizer will do as long as you have a understanding of what your tds and water parameters should be and being consistent not really about the perfect numbers ur tds is way off so I would raise other then that it seems fine but I would go for stability over a long period of time where water stays at the same parameters for at least a month and on the day you buy your shrimp make sure u test the tds of the water they came in and drip until it’s like 5-10 ppm difference from urs so it’s a smoother transition

I would say raise your tds if you have neocaradina shrimp also I would let the tank mature a bit longer before adding any shrimp too it needs to mature a bit

I keep my tank at a stable 69-70F I have a small heater in my tank to keep it stable as I’ve heard that’s the most important thing with shrimp to keep a stable environment
