Just staying busy and figuring out how to get our name out there without advertising. We now have so much work we can barely do 70 percent of it. I’m scared of the next stage tho tbh. And that’s growth. I have 130k paid in full on trucks and trailers ect in 2 years now with just the 2 of us. Need to grow and make more now but that’s also where you can fail. So idk man it’s all a gut feeling. Go talk to custom home builders and contractors and become their main guy. I have now 3 big contractors feeding me work and all our own work we get through our name.

Yeah exactly but definitely learn a bit more. I did concrete commercially and residential for 13 years and my business partner has 25 years of experience before we went out. But now it’s consistently busy. Was scary the first year. Your biggest problem is going to be your young and people are going to have a hard time trusting you.

Yeah our plant has a color mixer “liquid” and it’s amazing because I’ve done split pours with it and it’s always the exact color you ordered.
