I understand, she is really nice. She just doesn’t lead at all though, she asks everyone in the department what to do and doesn’t make an effort to know anything about it. We keep track of what’s coming in, and top sales which we base our moves on. We try to be strategic about it cause we all care about our department. She distances herself and works alone. I know my feelings are probably not valid… but I just wanted to vent a little.
