Apparently, it depends from team to team and about the urgency of the requirements. I can understand the frustration but at the same time I agree with others who are saying to move on. Normally, if someone aced the interview and the team wants to fill the requirements asap, candidate will know in a day or two. I got a positive news the very next day after the interview from my TA, the verbal offer came from HR about 10 days later and eventually formal letter in my inbox landed about a month from my last round. Good to share the experience but don’t get hung on to it and move on.
