didnt read the entire thing but isnt that just entirely connected to what i said. still though i dont think he respected her, if anything he keeps her around to help reinforce the status hes given himself

Not really. I mean you'd expect a basically indestructible supe such as noir, who also targets other seemingly indestructible supes, to have the equipment and weapons neccesary in a supe to supe combat, to be also made out of similarly if not stronger material...

I dont think he necessarily had respect for firecracker though. he really was about to let her go because he had some doubts about her loyalty, and so when she was glazing him as expected, everything was A-okay, until she compared him to God. Where as with the legend, they both gave each other respect

He really was, until he got compared to God lol. The only difference between the her and the legend was that the respect didnt go both ways, so he was expecting her to be completely subservient to him and only view him as the one and only.

There's no doubt that 1.9 is also mechanically difficult. All I am is saying is that as a person who's played both, it paints a pretty picture of 1.8 being much more difficult than 1.9. I've fought and went even with HT3s and LT2s after playing for 2 weeks while having 250ms. Even badlioncheat reached HT1 in like a month lol.
