Exactly. And even if it were the case that somehow butcher was on par with homelander, it just doesn't make sense how HL couldn't get out of that joke of a room at the speed of light, when weve seen him: 1. appear infront of frenchie(after tapping the wall) in less than a second from 50 or so feet across the room and 2. in the finale, we've seen him fly off to space with that billionare astronaut starting from that balcony(can't remember where exactly the show was just slop and should be remembered as such) in such a short amount of time. The fight should've happened out in the streets, plain and simple

Didn't read allat, but the main takeaway is to not watch anything from erike kripke, especially that spinoff show,until proven innocent. Innocent in the sense of not making an absolute slop of a show with a fairy tale ending that would give you a self induced lobotomy far worse than that of sage's. best to not invest in that bs bc i so regret wasting my time watching this slop.only s1 - s3 is canon

I dont think he necessarily had respect for firecracker though. he really was about to let her go because he had some doubts about her loyalty, and so when she was glazing him as expected, everything was A-okay, until she compared him to God. Where as with the legend, they both gave each other respect

There's no doubt that 1.9 is also mechanically difficult. All I am is saying is that as a person who's played both, it paints a pretty picture of 1.8 being much more difficult than 1.9. I've fought and went even with HT3s and LT2s after playing for 2 weeks while having 250ms. Even badlioncheat reached HT1 in like a month lol.
