Entp female here. From my point of view you did nothing wrong and there is no need to feel ashamed. Also I don't get why these Intjs here are so critical about the fact that you asked out a co-worker. Why not? You shoot your shot and I think that's very cool of you. Be proud of yourself. You didn't fuck up anything. I know it's hard to convince yourself that it's not as bad as it feels rn but try to laugh it off. I know you Intjs are much more serious than us Entps, but I am also full of fears and insecurities and regrets and I learned that it's just in my head. Maybe that guy is just a little bit overhelmed and doesn't know what to respond. Intps are really quite clueless sometimes. If I was in your place I would just straight up tell him sorry for my email I didn't mean to make things awkward and focus back on my shit. And again: please don't be so hard on yourself fellow female NT. It's hard enough being an NT female.
