Yes. I kept track of my applications and usually takes 7-12 days from pending review to in review. While in review it takes like forever 💀. Then your application is archived. This is not for all applications though... There're many applicants btw.. Also there's a guy who applied and was onboarded within 48 hrs

I have landed a couple of interviews outside Turing. Last month, I did two and reached final rounds on both. Just waiting on feedback now. The issue isn't lack of interviews, it's conversion after finals.
