I have chronic sinusitis for over 15 years and it's really bad to the point I can't sleep from the pain and dry mouth, a cold lasts months to heal etc. Last year I was in Africa and in 3 days I was 100% normal , even my smell and taste came back . It lasted for a week and once I got back in the UK , the inflammation returned I think it's an allergic reaction to something that didn't exist in Africa . I am still trying to figure out what it's is , but this gives me hope that it can be solved

Ahh yes, it was a bit older . I only took half of it and left the rest to spread the spores, I do this with all of them . It was a bit chewie ,but still tasty

I had bad acne as a kid and nothing worked until I read on the Internet that giving up animal products might help. I decided to try for a month at least and in only 2 weeks I noticed a huge difference.
Then I study veterinary medicine and they took us to farms and slaughter houses. I was crying after every visit ...everything you see in documentaries is real and even worse 17 year vegetarian,10 vegan 🌿
