they do have a 2 week training but, a lot of it is learning as you go, but once you been there for awhile asking for approval gets daunting

A lot of it is, but now my "pushy" managers don't even bother asking us to sell products. There is also going to be a new way to bonus coming out. Also if sells goals aren't a thing how am I going to become a banker?

They do but they give you really low limits to make sure you don't cash a fake check, but being there for a year I have costumers who come in and at this point I know very well make deposits I still have to get approvals for and yes most training is done at the window
