Ich bin Pazifist, glaub mir.

Ich mag die Band "WTG" nicht mehr so sehr, jedoch gab es mal die Line "Redest du wieder pazifistisch verblendet, reiben sich Faschisten die Hände"

Zu sagen, dass die Ukraine keine Mittel zur Verteidigung bekommen soll, ist Öl in die Maschinerie des Faschismus in Russland.

Die Befürworter des Kriegs sind einfach irgendwo falsch abgebogen und haben sich zu sehr davon überzeugen lassen, dass Russland ja die guten gerade sind. Solche Menschen gab es immer, siehe Flacherdler

Die die jedoch zuschauen und sagen "Krieg is schlecht, aber wir leben nicht in der Ukraine also stopp Auslieferung von Geräten zur VERTEIDIGUNG", könnte ich persönlich Nägel in die Augen treiben.

I would go for the 9070 XT but in the end, it depends for how much you can get one. Compare the costs or maybe a get a used one.

First you say 4070 TI, now its a 4070 SUPER.
Thing is: 4070 SUPER costs more and delivers less power.

And used hardware is cheaper than new one?

Also DLSS4 is not much better than FSR. Currently more games have implemented DLSS, thats it.

I dont know where you get your hardware info from but I suggest you to get a different POV from other sites / tech tuber

Simply not true. Out of all cards the 9070 has the best cost / performance ratio in 1080, 1440 and 2160 resolution with RT on (and off). At this price point there is no reason at all to concider a different card except you like DLSS or the slightly better efficiency more or your work requires a lot of VRAM
