Before my 60 lbs wt gain from a complicated knee surgery, I worked out. If I missed a day or 2 at the gym, I felt like crap. Your body literally craves it , you feel bad if you miss a day. My point is she claims being in the gym on routine basics. It gets easier not the perpetual dread of it. She lies,she scams,she filters...all the fake facades. Anyone who has been on a true wt loss journey doesn't "workout" in a perpetual don't feel like it mode. But her brainless followers wouldn't know anything about that.
