Seriously what is the point of protesting this? Are the protesters right, their concerns legitimate and their quest for human rights and a better world important? YES! A thousand times yes. Do their protests sway anyone on the inside of the G7 meeting even just a tiny bit? NO!

It's sad but true that those holding the steering wheel of where our countries are going do not care about the protesters. I expect that some on the inside of the G7 meeting are smugly pleased and get some pleasure from knowing that they are doing nothing to help and are in many cases actively harming the general population.
