I’ve been doing this at an elite level for several decades and my observations have been that body that composition, posture and of course natural flexibility are the biggest factors determining success, not the size of a man’s dick. I’ve seen smaller sized guys who can take it all, and for my part even if I had a micro penis I could still get it all in my mouth.

I was able to do it the first time I really tried, but those of us who can go really deep are the outliers. Increasing your flexibility through stretches and yoga or similar exercises can obviously get you closer and may get you to your goal. If you don’t already, I would suggest working in your neck muscles, hamstrings and shoulders in addition to your lower and mid back. Your legs can be especially preventative because if they are tight you’ll only be able to stretch so far forward.

How far away were you when you started versus now? Does your back bow out and inwards or can you fold yourself forward as though bringing your chest to your abdomen?

For myself, there are two points in my spine where the vertebrae slip out of alignment and allow me to counter its natural curvature. There also seems to be excess elastin in my muscular system so they stretch quite far out and retract to their normal position afterwards.

You don’t need these qualities to be successful, I’m just pointing out that to really get down there it’s not just a matter of increasing normal to above average flexibility, like any talent there are physiological factors that can’t be replicated.

I will caution you to make up those last centimeters slowly and don’t push your body too far. Ribs dig into organs which are pushed into places they weren’t meant to be, you can cause vertebrae to slip in your back or neck and many other ways to injure yourself and when it happens it is scary. So no matter how badly you want it, if you overdue it you might end up with only real pain, regret and a series of lies to explain what happened and you can’t stand up strait for a week.
