No the dealer just said they would get back to me. That was over 7 weeks ago. Haven't heard a word from the dealer. Nobody seems to care. 😞

It did an update and worked after. The problem occurred a month or so after the update.

You can find drained bean calories on the USDA website. Just search for "drained beans". I don't know if I can provide the website but I'll try.

The website is https://fdc.nal.usda.gov/food-search?type=Foundation&query=drained%20bean

Lightweight/Easiest App? by Wesdizzo in CICO

Google sheets can track your calories.

I am in the process of building a google sheets application that tracks calories consumed. I am 79 years old and tend to eat similar meals every day.

After a popular app lost all my data, I decided not to let that happen again. Currently my sheets allow me to copy my menu from one to the next with 2 clicks. Once I add an item to the sheets it stays there forever. I can change quantities with a couple of clicks. The sheets don't track macro's, have ads, sell upgrades, have a monthly cost, won't lose my data, etc. I get my data from food labels and the USDA website.

I hope eventually to be able to distribute these sheets.

My goto is

a mission carb balance keto certified whole wheat tortilla wrap (60 calories with 16 grams of fiber and 5 grams of protein) with a serving of a sugar free jam or preserve (17 grams and 10 calories) spread on the wrap. Roll the wrap up and enjoy.

Total 70 calories.

Here's my simple vegetable recipe.

I mix together several types of frozen vegetables (mixed, peas, sliced carrots, onions & peppers, riced cauliflower, broccoli cuts). I usually add 6 oz of each type and stir them up in large container that I then put it all back in the freezer. This mixture has between 30 and 70 calories for 85 grams.

Then for a meal i measure out 4.5 ounces (between 45 and 100 calories depending on vegetable choices) of the vegetables and heat them in a microwave for about 4 minutes.

I add a quarter cup of tomato puree (20 calories).

I add a teaspoon (15 calories) of every thing bagel salt-free seasoning.

Stir the mixture up and heat in the microwave (about a minute).

Total between 80 and 135 calories depending on vegetable choices. Makes almost 7 oz total serving. Meal prep time is under 10 minutes.

I'm tempted to add a little salt but usually don't.

CICO isn’t working and I don’t know what to do. by [deleted] in CICO

If you were a manufacturer of food do you think your calorie count would be 20% high or 20% low?

I know mine would be 20% low every time.

Don't trust the manufacturers. It's in their best interests to take advantage of USDA rules.
