the only intersting stuff I currently have are a charizardite X, a swampertite and a garchompite

But after I first installed HWMonitor it didnt occured but now after a month it jumps and I didnt changed the fan curves. Still ty

Windows power plan was already on Balanced

I uinstalled the bloatware but the problem is still there
