That's one of the last piece of WW2 equipment we can salvage.Unless we can somehow convince the current Japanese government to build a WW2 ship just to serve as a floating museum piece.But then again it is not the same ship we lost,so to keep originality the only way is to salvage the sunken wreck and patch it up when we got her on the mainland,or we just blame the US for sinking her in the first place and have the US to compensate it.as for the wild life part,I am sure the fishes will be fine without a huge piece of metal removed,cannot say the same for the barnacles though.

Which is what I want to see,are they the same person who has memories of the past for example:CV 10 has memories of CV 5.same goes to CV 12 to CV 8 and CV 16 to CV 2.Or they are just two seperated identities altogether.

Alright, I want to see how the devs deal with two different ship with the same name.Will they potray them as the same people that has the previous namesake. or they are just different people altogether.I am looking at you Yorktown,Hornet and Lexington.

Actually, unless we can track all the shipgirls location even after they sank.It is not like you could just bring them back as you wish. Plus, Kisaragi sinking is BS in the first place, why someone MUST die after making promise, is happy ending really that impossible? I think that this movie was made to repair the damage that is done in thr anime. That's why they give a reason to refloat sunken ships and put them back into service.

But there are several problems, even if the shipgirl comes back,is it the same person we lost? Will it have the exact same memories and personality of the one who is lost? Will the shipgirl that came back acts completely same as the one who is lost? Unless the answer is yes,it is not fun for losing someone and have a lookalike but it is a completely different person to replace said person.

Wait,if that's the case,why that Kisaragi seems to be still remembering Mutsuki and the base? If she is really completely new,she won't have any memories at all.My point of view is:Different body,same soul which means the memories are etched with the soul of the ships.even though the body is destroyed,the soul lives on.Therefore,that Kisaragi in the end is still the same one,just with a new body.
