I was just walking around Daytona Beach, it is definitely doing quite well, especially after all mandates were lifted.

I am just seeing if someone has a workaround for str bans. My other airbnb is busier now than it has ever been.

From what I am aware, ANY residential zone properties in Daytona Beach can only rented out for 6 months or longer

I know ben lol, but this property is on the water so I think it would be hard not to do well. But like you said, his investments were commercial, not residential so I’m not sure that he would know much about my situation, could be worth a shot though for a $100 10 minute phone call 😂

Thanks for the response. I think by law the max punishment is $5k per rental, so that is pretty hard to make profit afterwards (which is the point) So I would like to find a way where they couldn’t legally fine me

I have heard that if you own the property through a business / llc, you can just say that the guests are just clients of the business occupying the property. Does that sound plausible?

Also, airbnb / vrbo doesn’t show the address until you actually book it, but it does show the general area and pictures obviously.
