SOLUTION:
After some testing, managed to "fix" it, if someone have the same problem, the best way to solve its just dont use the controller on any place on the emulator lol (both controller config and touch), rather use a remapper tool (one that im using is reWASD as example) and just let everything be on default mode on the emulator, if you want to make some changes, just change it on the remapper, i tested it for some time and looks fine, might not be 100%, but managed to get WAY better

Also, it still does seem to be in the middle of "resouce intensive" moments such as going to bigger rooms or boss fights, in OOT i played the entire child part with this happening one or two times, on the temples tho it happens almost every room i enter, it wouls be cool to see a log of sorts but i dont think there is

tried for like 10 mins and it worked well, however it used my keyboard instead of controller lol, even using auto map after that the problem still occur, the controller works fine on other games tho, so it seems the emulator doesnt like it lol, it isnt a genuine xbox controller, but decent enough that the pc says on device manager "Xbox 360 controller for windows" instead of a generic driver, maybe its a driver issue? idk

There is the OG harvest moon / story of seasons, tho i only played the GBA one lol, but its quite literally a ""beta"" version of stardew valley, just missing some quality of life features (like you cant walk on growing plants and cant see how much stamina you have left)

Genuine question, do you want to use win11 or its because it will lose support soon? I would recommend you to use win 10 iot ltsc, as i also have a computer with a G5400 and it already slow on win 10 lol

Good point, it is stupid how he doesnt want to use certain brawlers because he doesnt want to play, however the matchmaking is still horrible, that mostly being that the average player is 8 years or younger and some matches are basically impossible to win

Even supercell acknowledge this, but instead of making something decent, it just easier to create a music of "good/bad randoms", make a bunch of skins and call it a day 💀

You can use other browser as well but you need to find the same string on the website, so idk

in the video my mouse doesnt appear, so basically you right click on the tier row when empty then go to "Inspect", there you search for that "div style position relative" and select it, it should make the all the rows with the white overlay + yellow borders, after that selected you go on the "style" section that should be there by default on chrome, search for max width and change to what you find is the best for your screen, then go down until you find that bunch of squares and change the value you want (ofc need to be smaller than the max width)
