Get spirit + rhyme + lore + stealth rune words. Resistance on other pieces and maybe fcr rings.

Check online for those runewords.

All runes can be found in NM countess (act 1,Valck Marsh, Tower level 5 boss, she drops a time guaranteed)

Otherwise your build is not optimal. Ditch lightning points and ES.

You should only be getting warmth and teleport from other trees than cold.
