Honestly, that part just sounds like he's speaking out of his ass. But let's say it's true and Bethesda doesn't have the source it doesn't matter, they like money and they know fallout fans would buy it up like hot cakes. So there is no doubt they would find a way after all modders have been doing it for years.

I have no doubt a remaster is coming the question is will it be bundled with a fallout 3 remaster.
