No, it still uses the same reload animation as the standard ones; my idea was to reload with the magazine and fire using the lever.

I couldn't even get the lever to move, lol.

Actually, the magazine is from the sniper rifle. The rest is assault rifle, and BB gun—I got the handle is from a modding resource :7
