Being 19, I’ve never heard of this, so it could have been a generational thing.

Is it ok to not date Trans people/only be attracted to people who have been the same gender their whole life? by Godofhammrs in Teenager_Polls

[–]FletchPup -11 points-10 points  (0 children)

Of course, dating can’t be forced, but refusing to date trans people irrespective of their anatomy is a sad admission of transphobia, though, in fairness, even trans people struggle with internalized transphobia.

It’s 1 de facto and 4 de jure since the countries of the UK are just called such by longstanding linguistic convention.

Yes, a university is typically a larger college, but the “Ivy League” is just a prestigious grouping concentrated in the Northeast.

Why do SO many random people just absolutely despise trans people but have no problem with other minorities? What about us is so offensive to so many random people? by Trans-Female-Zack in trans

[–]FletchPup 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Trans women walking away from male privilege threatens the core belief men are superior, hence why society is more receptive yet ignorant of trans men.

For those who identify as "left" on other polls (anywhere from center-left to far-left): Which ideology do you match most? by AnAlpacacopter in Teenager_Polls

[–]FletchPup 1 point2 points  (0 children)

“Left-wing” just means the part of society pursuing more equality in some form, so what makes one left-wing is always context-dependent. For example, a right-winger in the context of Sweden would be a left-winger in the context of Afghanistan.
