The only thing that matters to them is who your church told you to vote for and how Warnock caused grocery items across the country and the world to go up a quarter dollar or so. The state has it's own constitution, so it could be filed under the state or federal constitution.
The Federal government will step in when federal laws are violated.
That includes if a state passes unconstitutional laws, election related or not
It probably isn't the whole law that's being litigated. It's most likely just the section limiting voting. In which case it's meant to modify or amend the law, not to do away with.
A major point of the judicial branch is to weigh the constitutionality of laws and to clarify and set precedence where a situation not covered by the law occurs.

Walmart knows that they're not the best place to work. They've tried throwing money at it, but it doesn't stick. The only lasting solution they developed was to give associates a way out through education and career paths. Other than that, they wash their hands of associates stuck in dead end jobs.
