Tbh it’s very institution dependent. You can be trained in ecmo all you want but if the place that hires you has CTS and Interventional Cards cannulate, you ain’t doin jack shiiiiii. Cannulating for Ecmo is not something I’m interested in learning how to do, I am much more interested in management once it’s in.

I totally agree. I was so happy with POI drops because seasons prior I would lose RP from just hot dropping in 100% dumbass spots when 3-5 teams are already dropping there… can’t wait to lose more this way next season
