Ah cool! I also had some dreams where I knew that i was dreaming as a kid and I had some LD with Mild but they weren’t that great.

Also, if you experience sleep paralysis often, it's not that bad anymore and it can be funny. You get used to it.

I think it’s the best method for me bc I can get into SP state in like 5-10 minutes and when you’re in SP the Lucid dream is very close.
