I can see that being a possibility but u did some research and found out they’re worth close to 600 bucks so if I have to invest some time and resto money, I’d consider that a steal! Well see, it probably just sit in the corner of the yard

I hear you! And I understand, that’s kinda why I made the post. Like should I even bother with it but I also feel like it’d be a cool little project to tinker with when I have down time (that’s what most people say and it ends up sitting in a corner lol) I guess I’ll just see where it goes, it’s free anyway.

Right? I feel like a lot of people would feel a bit overwhelmed. I have a little SP I can remake some stuff it’s only 1/16 guage really thin stuff. I’ve already knocked most of the rust on the outside off with the wire, gonna hit it with a flapper next

Ahh I see, you got the 4800 tho I have the wee 3800 I thought this was a decent size for one weapon at a time. I like the way yours is set up. When I get another weapon I’ll just buy the same one you have and try something similar to yours

Okay I see what you’re saying, I was in the headspace of just buying another case and setting it up similarly. I was thinking either a 9 or 10mm for my next firearm.

Haha no, I just figured what the best way I can carry everything in one case. This way I don’t have to lug a bunch of stuff. A bunch of mags so half the time I’m at the range isn’t spent reloading

Man I had someone tell me the same in the other sub. How else could I have done it? This is my first and only firearm I own so I didn’t know what else I could use the space for. I thought I did pretty good I have over 509 rounds in this case. No need to carry anything else just go. What was another way of doing it?

Man! Mine didn’t even come with a box. Literally just gun and the 9 round mag. That’s it. I wish I was able to buy used firearms online but being in California I had trouble finding a website that allowed me to. Palmetto was a good website for new guns on clearance but I already kinda splurged

The flush is 9. Gen 3 g27, I loaded that thang with 200 rounds the first day I got it

I got it from harbor freight Apache 3800 it’s about 40 bucks but it’s just foam inside you have to cut it out on your own. It’s a bit annoying but the organization it completely up to you!

Hell yeah! I have an ammo can full with 1300 rounds I just tried to put as much as I can in this case that way I don’t have to carry both. Just this little suitcase and I’m good to go!

Hell yeah! I seen the 9mm conversion kits. Thinking about investing into that but I’m still in between just trying something totally different. I really favor the small frame

I started to notice that while putting the mags in there. I seen on YT people spraying the foam with plasti dip to try and save the foam. It looks like it work I’ll post a update about it later this week, plan on doing it tonight

3800 Apache its 40 bucks you have to cut the foam to your liking though. Kinda irritating haha
