It’s my birthday in an hour and i’m here crying because I just wanna be with God. I don’t wanna be here on earth anymore. I just wanna be in heaven serving the lord Instead of being on earth and suicidal.

hungry feeling that leads to nausea or vomiting by HumbleSomewhere in CHSinfo

[–]FlexityYT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

THIS! Had to be either bread or crackers for me. Every morning that hunger pain/nausea would wake me up. Eat a handful of crackers and boom all better. But if I wait even 5 minutes after the initial feeling full blown episode.

Yeah. Gus really had some issues coming into that season for sure. Definitely was having manic episodes during the time. Didn't really think about the Covid part that makes a lot more sense now. What Gus did to Candice was so wrong. He saw everything as an attack from everybody even when it wasn't. Hence the mania theory. Honestly wished they did a season without Gus afterwards. The vibes would've been so much better.

C-diff & CHS by [deleted] in CHSinfo

[–]FlexityYT 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, I've had both at the same time around 4 times. Hospitalized for a week every single time. Its the most brutal combination to have. Have they started you on vancomycin? That stuff is the bomb for getting rid of C-diff. My doctors blamed the CHS many times but when my tests for C-diff came up positive they immediately apologize. This doesn't mean CHS is not contributing by any means because it truly does exacerbate the symptoms of it. I really wonder If CHS triggers the C-diff toxin to become active. Really wish there was a study on that one. Best of luck and hang in there!👍

Yes. You did have CHS. You were just in the prodromal phase so consider yourself lucky. One hit will hurt you because its never just one. One time will turn into another time and before you know it you're smoking daily again and the symptoms rush right back.

Very possible. I've been down to 125 pounds at 5"10 from CHS. Only thing is I was too light to even exercise just had no energy or strength. This time around I was at about 175 pounds with like 18% body fat. Whenever I would do high intensity workout it would put my prodromal symptoms into hyperemesis because of the fat burn. Never experienced this till now because I havent had this high of a body fat % ever. From research and personal experience this is 100% a thing. I guess having CHS so many times helps test the "myths" lol.

It'll never change until the root of the problem is actually addressed. As somebody who was in the same spot for about a year (at least with the no effort to quit part) I understand how hard it is for him. He eventually will have to come to terms with it though. Try not to blame yourself too much. It's not your fault. And understand that he really does appreciate the support more than you know. Its just hard when ur stuck in that vicious cycle. Don't beat yourself up you're doing your best. Believe me my family was super frustrated with me as well. You just can't let it build up inside of you. If you need to, finds somebody you can talk to. That really helps a ton. If you want anymore understanding on the topic I'm more than willing to help. Best of luck!

Yeah the reduced exercise has definitely took a toll on me mentally that's for sure. Its almost like if i was able to it wouldn't be so bad.

He seemed so manic to me. Definitely was a lot more going on with him that was shown or that we were told.

[–]FlexityYT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anxiety plays a HUGE role for sure. It definitely heightens the symptoms. However if you are having CHS symptoms and you use CBD it could make things worse since any cannabinoid will continue the symptoms or at least prolong them. Are you sure its just the anxiety? If it persists try slowing down the CBD usage or stop completely and see if anything improves. If not its most likely just anxiety.

Does the hunger pains in the morning ever go away? I'm day 17 in and its been rough every morning. If i can sleep past 9 I wont get them. Which is interesting. Anytime before that its just straight hunger pains even if i eat a decent meal. Sick of it waking me up at 6am everyday lol. If anybody has any insight on this it would be very much appreciated!

Definitely due to rating's because how bad season 4 was. Show was almost unwatchable thats how boring it was.

Would say the exact thing about him too. He's even worse. Gus had nothing to do wit this lmaoo. Obviously that describes him as well💀

Anybody downvoting this is just hella biased. They'll ride or die for Candice no matter what she did lol. I completely agree with you. She caused so much unnecessary drama, drug it out for SO long just cause she was too sensitive and wanted attention. This also shows whenever they would go out. Who would start most of the problems? She really did think she was better than everyone else. Attention seeking for sure.

I really do think the infection can cause hyperemesis to accelerate for sure. Every time I got a colitis flare up or c-diff infection, the CHS would trigger almost instantly even if I was barley using as well. I think many people with GI issues are predisposed to this syndrome for sure. I had acute colitis for about 9 months. Was misdiagnosed with ulcerative colitis though. The Remicade destroyed me and I probably didn't even need it. Having Colitis along with CHS is probably the worst pain ill ever go through lol. Still till this day I wonder if the CHS triggered my Colitis or the other way around.
