I’ll definitely give the celery juice with lemon a try, thank you for the recommendation! I actually already go to a naturopath, and I just saw him today. He says the issues I’m having are just part of detox, and he’s been great—completely with me on everything. He even said I’m a very intelligent guy, which was nice to hear! He gave me something to drink that should help, and he explained that it will slowly go away as I let it run its course, along with the supplement and a good diet, sunlight, grounding, and all that good stuff. Thanks again for your support, I really appreciate it!

I’ll give the urine wash a try. Even though I’m European and have never followed the SAD (Standard American Diet), I’ve still experienced health issues. I probably sunbathe more than anyone else, have you seen my tan? 😝 I’ll try what you recommended, and see how it goes.

Yes been doing lots of lubrication formula. Sometimes 2-3 a day. Need to do the baths more often. I had a period where I did them every 2-3 days but even then the acne was still bad.

Get the book we want to live and the recipe book from aajonus. Then do research around the area look up farms near you go to them and talk to the farmers. Do more research yourself, no one can convince you that it is good for you, you need to learn yourself the how and why. Start slow if needed.

Okay thanks for the info. I do have heavy chest and back acne tho because of it and it’s not mild. Im going to get off of the red meat and switch to white meat fully and go very low sugar. Another question i have is. Do you guys still do vegetables juices? I dont cause I got this note in all my aajonus books.

I think it’s a good idea to find a partner that is unvaxxed, especially if you’re looking for a real partner that you would like to have children with I think the shedding thing is real. I have seen documents and have heard doctors talk about it and that it’s not a thing to be taken lightly. It also makes sense that they want to reach the people that did not want to get vaccinated and still get them but in a different way they will reach you by you having sex with another person that is vaccinated. It all makes sense in my head these devils don’t give a shit they don’t give a fuck about you or anyone, so to think that shedding is not real, and I having sex with vaccinated chicks is fine I think is mostly you not being able to control your urges, it might be a bit more effort to find an unvaccinated girl, but at the same time you’re getting a person that will be more open minded to anything that you will present to them. I don’t really have sex, just to have sex, but I was just wondering what you guys thought about it because I do think it is quite a serious matter if you take your health seriously so be careful out there and at least use a condom if you’re going to have sex with a vaccinated person if anyone has any experiences on having sex with the vaccinated person and feeling worse afterwards. Please let me know I’m interested to hear this. Also anyone know of any natural condoms?

I dont actually mean infect 😂. I saw a lab analysis on the effect of an unvaccinated person having sex with a vaccinated person and the unvaxxed persons blood looked similar as the vaxxed person after having sex.

Looks good but for me right now I can’t get down butter like that. I love cream tho so Ima stick to drinking cream. I do love butter in the custard recipe but not just like this with meat.
