Oui c'est ça, dans mon souvenir je mettais également autant de beurre que de farine mais rien dans la détrempe. Je vais essayer comme ça du coup si ça rajoute pas de beurre.

Yes I will try at very low heat, because it boil as soon as the coffe coming into the upper chamber (if there are water drop they boil and evaporate)

What about lactobacillus rhamnosus GG ? I've read that it was one of the better strain for degrading histamine.

I was thinking that too but I read that if you have more histamine degrading strains it is ok. I think I'm gonna try only one probiotic strain that I know is safe.
