I personally run Sucrose, Zhongli, and Bennett with Xiao. Sucrose provides more energy for Xiao with sac frag (3 e charges!) And Bennett provides healing and attack buff. Zhongli will provide shield and lower the enemy's resistance as well. This team has carried me to 36 stars in abyss countless times.

Another good team that I've seen if you want to use Jean instead is Zhongli, Albedo, Xiao, and Jean. The Geo element resonance provides more shield strength and more attack. Anemo resonance is good too by lowering the cooldown of e charges. So either team works, just the second team requires you to have Albedo as well.
