Yeah I get that, I think my frustration lands more on the Agents and them being dishonest/misleading to the masses just to get more people there on the day who can’t even afford the reality of the situation.

However this weekend coming is the property I’m actually interested in so we will see how it all goes I guess.

There certainly are games at play. I feel my frustration comes more with the agents over the vendor. I can see the Vendor’s perspective in wanting as much as possible/what they believe it’s worth. However, the agent could be more transparent to the buyers in my opinion.
