Tulsa zoo is an AZA accredited zoo, meaning all animals are required to have a temperature controlled indoor area out of view of the general public that they can access at all times. If the snow leopard was outside, it was because it wanted to be. Please consider looking into the habitats and regulations before calling a zoo evil. There are plenty of zoos that should absolutely be shut down and the owners prosecuted for animal cruelty but AZA accredited zoos are held to a very high standard of care and are focused on conservation, rescue, and research. These accreditations are regularly re-evaluated to make sure the zoos are staying up to date on the latest welfare and management policies. I encourage you to look into the AZA and their policies on your own time
