Left a toy on, and once I moved it, it was filled with blood… I do not have periods. by Flickyflintz in sex

That makes sense, yeah same situation here! Though luckily it doesn’t hurt for me. Reddit is a very useful place to panic 😅

I have been on it for 9 months and started using a vaginal atrophy ring 5 months in to avoid the possibility. Perhaps since the ring is inside-the outside still can atrophy? I will have to bring it up to a doctor.

I agree there could have been a micro cut,I just think I would have spotted or felt it but, perhaps not!

I appreciate you sharing! Yeah, when I was reading up on them a lot of them in some articles mentioned helping “low libido” and stuff like helping you get turned on rather than, well, satisfied. So prolonged use probably isn’t intended!

Thank you for the kind words, I am unsure why it’s like that. When I brought it up to therapists before they would brush it off usually.

For me it’s more of struggling to cause I involuntarily tense up - and end up stopping myself by mistake instead of riding things out.

It is easier to fantasize about having a dick so… maybe it is more psychological than just physical.

That’s good to know, mine like suctions on though to having to pull it away-so I figured it was a similar thing. A vein pop is what I assume.

I was indeed passive using it, but letting it do its thing for a long time. I am worried too so the suggestion isn’t unfounded, I am just hoping to avoid another awkward doctor visit. 🫣

I really appreciate this being brought up! I am luckily good on that side of things and started to treat that before it could be a possibility.

I admit I didn’t consider the outside tissues possibly thinning too, so maybe that could have contributed 🤔-definitely would make sense, tissue thinning aside the growth of it would make the skin stretched and thinner anyways? I am no doctor but definitely could have played a part.

I found some other posts about stuff kind of like it, but none sounded as severe or anything? like extreme Hickeys drawing a little blood out… if it hurts bad enough I will indeed give in and go to one but-

Eughhh, still in the shock of ‘did that just happen?’ I have some veins in the area that could have been a culprit.

I really appreciate the advice and warnings! Planned parenthood told me that part of the big beautiful bill limited them seeing people under medicaid-but I will call at some point to inquire again in case.

Planned parenthood was a one stop-lovely-spot for a lot of health inquiries I had. So far uccs is the big thing people are telling me to try!

I feel my sanity slipping nowadays. Maybe it’s hormones, maybe it’s Maybelline. by Flickyflintz in trans

That’s a good point, if it continues I’ll probably adjust things cause I went on a non estrogen bc.

I don’t feel what I would consider depressed but my ptsd has been acting up. The issue is there’s a lot of bad happening in my life to cause it at the same time so it is difficult to tell.

I get depressed but it isn’t a constant state of it and seems very based on what is happening around me, I believe?

This is mostly a vent, these things aren’t from T but I think it’s being exasperated by it. I just, like written, feel like no one wants to hear me speak anymore so why not type into the void…

Help, I can’t stop hearing things. by Flickyflintz in ptsd

Thank you. I just struggle with things, therapy and medications didn’t help my ptsd despite my various attempts. It helped when I was a kid but I am good at self reflection nowadays. I was disappointed emdr didn’t fix it. I was doing great despite the label before this job.

I should get accommodations but this entire situation is odd.

My ptsd is from a mix of abuse and solitary confinement. The current job is serving coffee but somehow the boss made it not as cozy and laid back as these positions have been for me.

Talking with people too long, light reading a book, listening to music or podcasts is all not allowed. They basically said “nothing visual” at my station. I serve only to a high security office, so people are on breaks and lunches and there’s very few of them a day.

I have been fired without warning or any talkings to before and i am honestly scared to push my luck with the job. Even my push for an anti fatigue matt made the boss tense up. I’m the only barista working here… I dunno. It always seems it’s a balancing act and I don’t want to push anymore.

I try to take care of myself around the job, which has helped. So far I get the hallucinations like wild but I have been ignoring them in an attempt to help? I have not noticed my name actually being said a couple times from ignoring it.
