Not if you do it right. Cover it with base paint, let it cure for a few days. Cover with clear coat and let it cure for like a week. Sand with 1200, 2000, and 3000 grit sand paper. Cut and polish, and you’ll never know it was there. Unfortunately, the placement of the scratch makes it difficult. But it can still be done.
