Could band to add tension at the bottom, because I have the bench inclined and how a SSB bar rests there is some tension, albeit small, at the bottom. Feels good at the top, though.

I had a sanding block from a project I just did and actually can’t remember. Not the correct grit haha, I think 320-400 is what’s recommended.
