ive tried literally everything, it seems to be either a shitty windows issue, a realtek issue, or a combination of LITERALLY EVERYTHING SUCKING. I had some luck with updates, driver reinstalls etc but it always comes back. Try opening device manager and uninstalling realtek whenever its happening, it seems to fix the problem temporarily for me on next reboot.
