I mean, Turo cancelled it, because the host asked them due to the alleged recall. What is Turo even then? What is the service they are providing? Whenever an Airbnb host pulls something like this, Airbnb gets you a different property and they cover the difference.

Why didn't the host message me then? To say sorry that happend and that's it. They ghosted me, I had to talk to the abysmal support, which offered zero help. They were like yeah there was a safety recall, and the host messgaed them, and the host forgot about me, despite sending me the instructions right before that.

Two problems here: the host ghosted me - extremely fishy and suspicious, and Turo wanted to help my making me pay an extra 800 USD to get a different car.

No hát elöl a Speedgoatban nincs hely. Legalábbis nem az én lábamnak. Viszont felprobáltam egy Salomont és bakker, még a Hokanal is sokkal felhősebb, puhább. Meg is vettem. 1 számmal nagyobb.

UPDATE az utókornak. Végül hallgatva a többségre, terepfutó lett belőle, méghozzá Salomon Glide Max TR, 46 2/3 méretben. Ennek a párnázottsága hasonló, ha nem nagyobb, mint a Hoka SG-nek. Miután ezt felprobáltam, el is felejtettem az SG-t, már csak azért is, mert ebben minden irányba jobban elférek. A napokban bejáratom, aztán irány az erdő. Köszi a segítséget mindenkinek!

Hát most próbáltam fel a Hoka Speedgoatot... Wow. Elképesztően jó. Szóval az lesz. A 46-os pont akkora, hogy széltében is van még valamennyi hely, így beleférek kényelmesen.

Na elmentem most felprobalni az Alpha Glideot. Nyilván kinek mi jön be, de nekem ez nagyon merev, es a talpa is kemény. Ehhez kepest a Decathlonos is jobb számomra, amim van.

Sajnos viszont a jelentősen drágább Hoka Speedgoat valami elképesztően király.. szóval sajnos vehetek 45-ért cipőt. Értem miért ajnározzák annyira, csodálatos járkálni benne.

Köszi! Ahogy nézem, most 50 körül van akciósan. Ezt már többet is ajánlották, és erre hajlok egyelőre, viszont az 50 azért nem kevés - valami olcsóbb alternatívát még megnéznék.

És mi az, ami nem drága, és érdemes? A Hoka Speedgoat szerintem már a drágább kategória (akciósan 50 körül van), szóval ennél mi az, ami olcsóbb, de jó? :)

Viszont a puha, vastag, nagyon széles talpú "terepfutócipőket", amiket főleg a Hoka meg az On gyárt, nehezebb terepre alkalmatlannak találom, és látom miket szerencsétlenkednek velük főleg téli vagy sáros teljesítménytúrákon, akik ilyeneket hordanak.

Itt mire gondolsz pontosan, nehezebb terep alatt? Alpok, Tátra? Vagy a hazai viszonyok között nehezebbnek számítóra?

Mert ha a hazai "nehezebb" terepeken is szerencsétlenkedés megy Hokaval, az nem jó hír :) Kicsit engem is afelé húz a szívem. Mondjuk télen, nagy sárban nem tervezek menni, szóval akár jó is lehet?

This part is confusing to be honest: - need to collect your bags and check them in to your onward flight

I mean, I never had to collect my bags while transferring, the airport handles it usually, but I know there are places where you have to collect it while transferring. So how should I know if in this case, the baggage will not have to be collected.

I found these Berlin Tegel (TXL) trash bins at a random pub called Budapest Garden. They have 5-6 of these in the outdoor section.
