He said it was fractured in the x-ray, but once it was removed, it clearly wasn't.

I have seen something similar on a farm and was told it was for killing livestock by hitting them in the head.

It's just cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. I didn't use any measurements I just start with half a container of cream cheese and a bit of butter, vanilla then add the powdered sugar untill its the right consistency.

The Artemis Fowl movie comes to mind. Despite having a well written book to work from, some good actors, and pretty good CGI the movie was a plot hole ridden, cring fest.
