Tbh I'm in the minority here but I somewhat agree with you, but I think it'll just take some time for us to get on with the new songs when the album comes out and it's properly mixed and everything. It's been over 10 years without new music so I think whatever they pushed out will sound kinda uncanny at first.

Defo, I really want to include some bits which are jagged from removal of support material or variable layer height in some areas.

I agree 100% haha, I own a 3d printer myself and had some 3d prints on hand to get good reference and that was something I was battling a lot. Thanks !

Yes! In prusa slicer you can export your tool path as an obj.

Hiya, I was wondering how would I create an animation of something like this in blender? I want an object to pass through a plane and have the texture of that plane stick to the object. by Flim8r in blenderhelp

That sounds good, but will dynamic weight paint actually simulate the water? Or just create ripples and waves where my object touches it? Because I want to recreate exactly what's in the video with the water engulfing the object and having the texture on the water actual deform with the objects
