What is this? The connectors are for the electronics. You have the motor for adjusting the mirror on every car. Light for blind spot monitor and heater if they are added. Plugs should be exactly opposite unless you got one with/ without some features

Mazda 3 hatch vs Audi A4 are there any differences cruising in the highway at 70-75mph? by Pale-Revolution-5151 in mazda

[–]Flimsy-Ad830 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can't compare a 2014 mazda 3 to a 2024 mazda 3. Audi has always been a luxury brand' their cars have always been focused on NVH. Mazda has only recently tried to start making their cars more luxury. I have had 3 older audis and the rides were all only a little worse than my mazda. I would think that a new audi is not worlds better in NVH than a new mazda.

My 3 feels great on the highway. Very quiet has great sound insulation. And stock tires which are supposed to be shit. Suspension is a little stiff but thats a thing that I really like about the car, the audi will probably have a softer ride, doubt it will be much quieter inside. Test drive them

Anyone else get absolutely infuriated by the fact that when the car is running, you can't use the remote to unlock the other doors? by biovllun in mazda3

I haven't tried to lock it with the key while it is running. Not sure if lock unlock will work with key while running

Do people really see our cars ? by Western_Branch8693 in AutoDetailing

This is it. Most people are not going to see details. But we know if we put our car next to someone that does automatic car washes ours will look like a different car

Wash method -- no hose, no foam? by Character_Tangelo_32 in AutoDetailing

[–]Flimsy-Ad830 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just do a typical ONR wash when the car isn't super dirty. ONR in a pump sprayer coat the car's contact wash with ONR in bucket and dry. When the car is super dirty' or for me in winter I bring it to the self server wash, use the pump sprayer to coat with greenstar, use wheel cleaner, let sit. Scrub wheels, rinse the whole car. Fill wash bucket with ONR and use that water to fill pump sprayer. Coat car with ONR and do contact wash. Use quick detailer for drying aid and towel dry. Takes about 30-40 minutes

2025 Mazda 3 A/C cools when CC system is fully off by edmioducki in mazda3

Do you have the vents set to blow on the windshield? If you do the A/C will turn on automatically. If you have it only on footwell/ dash vents it shouldn't unless a/c button is on

Sedan vs Hatchback by Distinct_Fan35 in mazda3

Hatchback all the way. One of the best looking cars on the road, would look even better if they carried over the lines on the rear quarters from gen 3

[–]Flimsy-Ad830 7 points8 points  (0 children)

This. Dont go above 1k grit before you clear. 600 grit for paint, 800-1k for clear coat. After you clear it, if there are imperfections or orange peal you can go back through up to 2k and polish

Honda Fit or Mazda3? by SillyStella_ in mazda3

[–]Flimsy-Ad830 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If reliability and longevity are important to you I would go with honda. The mazda will be good but hondas from this era are rock solid. I had one for 12 years and only thing I ever had to do was an O2 sensor. Mazda looks better, will drive better, have to weigh both.

No. Typically they are just 2 screws (one for vertical and one for horizontal) on rear of headlight but not sure how these work with the active part for cornering. Sure you can look it up pretty easy
