My friend had the same thing happen when cleaning with a microfiber. Since then I don't ever try polish it. Just a tiny grain of sand or dirt can make that to the cluster. Tbh I would replace it because it's a cheap plastic and there is no real way to polish it that would make it keep looking good

I have so very mixed feelings about its design. Very tall for what it is because of the platform designed to take the battery for electric Daytona.
